Oh what fun to share views of your days and nights away from the garden, Val! There’s some very lovely shots of Paris here! Sure does fill me with nostalgia! If you’re still there, I hope you’re living and eating it up!
I actually had to stop and wonder if these were vintage photos you’d gathered.. but “I gathered” soon enough that these are your work from your camera.. and stunning they are. They really capture the feel of Paris! Thanks so much for making my day!! xo Smidge

We lived it up for two days and two nights! Even had time to think of you… https://100squaremetres.wordpress.com/montmartre-spree/
Great photos, Val. But, did you miss your allotment? 😉
Of course I did, that’s why I could never go to Paris on a weekend! Only kidding! 🙂
What fabulous images!!! I love that black and white one of the street with the moped in the foreground!
Thanks V&C! That’s one of my favourites too. It’s hard to take a photo in Montmartre without a scooter in it!
YUUUUMMMMM. I want to eat Paris.
I’d be happy just to eat the Macarons or the Pains au Chocolat!
great set of photos, I love the dog in the French doorway…I love all the doorways!
Thanks Lisa. Parisians must wonder what foreigners like us see in their doorways!
Great photos. Brought back lovely memories. Gardener and photographer!!
Gardenographer? Glad you liked them.
Beautiful work, Val!
Thanks Hook!
Very nice set. Paris the way I like it, a non tourist view :D, just daily things which caught your eye. Lovely
That’s a lovely comment… thank you! 🙂
There’s a subtle link to allotments… in the title : ) Great images there and love the flowerhead shot!
I think the Flowerheads would make great characters in Doctor Who!
Simply marvelous — the city and the shots.
Thanks, and I totally agree with you about the city!

Thanks Smidge! Paris is such a pleasure to photograph, and Montmartre, where we spent most of our two days, is as vintage as it gets!
Great photos! Do you have any tips for cool places to go in Paris?
